Carousel TV Channel

“Carousel” is a channel for children's audience.

It was not an easy task for me to prepare all the visual style of the channel, because there were only 3 months from the decision to launch. In a short period of time the channel logo was designed, an important decision was that we were not bound to a fixed colour coding, but we still developed the channel's palette. For the launch we designed the channel's on-air style, the channel's identity, sound jingle for sound branding, we prepared the channel's website with internal pages, and before the launch we created layouts for the press and outdoor advertising. We also launched and branded pages in social networks. The TV channel was mainly promoted on-air of friendly channels as advertising, stories in the news and in the thematic programs.


Since the launch of the channel in 2011 and until I left (2015) the technical coverage of the channel consisted 70% in Russia.

The channel reached a TV viewing share of 4.2 with an audience of 4-45, a rating was 0.62,

and an average daily viewing time of 71 min. Affinity Index by audience 4-12 was 525%.

A vibrant logo was designed, showcasing a font that appears to jump with excitement.

Was made more than 20 animated logotypes for each events of the year. Which were used as on-air idents, at Carousel's channel site and off-air events.


Also we made website with personal pages for popular programs, videos and games!

And we did a psychedelic idents, with red forest, yellow sea, green space and blue city. Kids loves them.

Backstage Carousel

We also held a total of five open-air events, one of which, the Carousel Children's Festival, was attended by about 800,000 people and was broadcast LIVE for 8 hours to the entire country.
